I am a Licensed Real Estate Professional, as well as a multi-unit investor and ground up developer in Hudson County, NJ. My specialty is income producing and passive income assets, including multifamily, mixed-use , and commercial properties. My practice of real estate includes a plethora of ultra luxury ground up new construction buildings, condo conversions., and forced appreciation acquisitions.

 

I hold a B.S. In Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering & an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, with post graduate Doctoral Candidacy towards a Ph.D., all from New Jersey Institute Of Technology (NJIT).
